Cashbooks

The cashbooks from the time period from 1901 to 1934 contain the payment receipts and payment outflows for artworks and other purposes (i.e., office supplies). As a rule the Heinemann number (H-Nr.) is noted for payments for an artwork.

The cashbooks were not entered in the database, because they do not contain any additional information beyond that already entered. They will, however, be made available as facsimiles, so that, for example, the payment record can be studied based on the cashbooks.

Cashbook 1 (KB01)
covers the time period between November 11, 1901 and December 06, 1906.

Cashbook 2 (KB02)
covers the time period between January 13, 1904 and November 17, 1905.

Cashbook 3 (KB03)
covers the time period between November 17, 1905 and August 14, 1907.

Cashbook 4 (KB04)
covers the time period between August 17, 1907 and May 07, 1909.

Cashbook 5 (KB05)
covers the time period between June 01, 1912 and March 06, 1914.

Cashbook 7 (KB07)
covers the time period between March 06, 1914 and November 24, 1916.

Cashbook 8 (KB08)
covers the time period between November 24, 1916 und May 28, 1918.

Cashbook 10 (KB10)
covers the time period between May 28, 1918 und June 22, 1921.

Cashbook 11 (KB11)
covers the time period between June 22, 1921 and October 31, 1934.

Cashbooks 6, 9 and 11
are not chronological and hence not important for the project.
